  • Today, Mint uses mid-scale wind and solar to power its cloud operations. By leveraging sub-Utility-scale renewables, Mint can minimize the time to deploy additional phases of energy generation and more quickly energize additional cloud computing infrastructure.

  • Bitcoin mining is a unique infrastructure opportunity as it does not require customer acquisition and business development operations. This allows us to focus on developing the energy and computing assets and ultimately optimizing our operations.

  • Mint's first project site will be located in Cheyenne, WY, USA. Cheyenne is one of the windiest locations in the United States, with average wind speeds in excess of 8 m/s at a height of 40m.

  • Unlike most energy-intensive computing applications, Mint's operations will be 100% off-grid, meaning any energy-intensive computing will not impact the local residential grid.

  • Our first site is expected to break ground in early Q4 2024 with operations online as soon as late Q4 2024 or early Q1 2025.
