CEO and Co-founder
Alex is a serial entrepreneur and startup executive. Previously, Alex founded Aerwave, Inc., a digital infrastructure company dedicated to enhancing connectivity for multifamily real estate owners. Under his leadership, Aerwave evolved from a conceptual idea to a thriving enterprise, successfully raising over $20 million in venture and strategic funding. Prior to establishing Aerwave, Alex gained valuable experience as an investment banker for the better half of a decade. He holds an M.B.A., a Master's of Science in Network Engineering, and a Bachelor's in Alternative Asset Management.
Based in Maryland, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and playing as much golf as he can in his spare time.
Hunter Banister
Head of Engineering and Co-founder
Hunter is a seasoned energy engineer with over a decade of experience at Siemens Energy, specializing in turbine engineering. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and has developed a robust foundation in the energy sector throughout his career. Residing in Boulder, Colorado, Hunter enjoys an active lifestyle of Crossfit, hiking, and skiing with his wife and friends.
Lucas Eshuis
Head of Renewable Energy and Co-founder
Lucas is a dedicated sustainability professional, renowned for his expertise in wind energy research and development. He has made significant contributions to the field during his tenure at one of the top national research laboratories for renewable energy in the country. Lucas holds an MBA, a Master's of Science in Sustainable Systems, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics. Lucas resides in Colorado and enjoys CrossFit, hiking, skiing, and pickleball in his spare time.
Rodger Davis
Head of Finance and Co-founder
Rodger is a seasoned finance leader, currently serving as the director of a healthcare real estate investment company. His career reflects a strong background in finance and investment, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. His expertise extends beyond traditional finance, as he was an early investor and advisor for GRIID Infrastructure, a bitcoin mining company that successfully went public through a SPAC in 2021.
Residing in Cincinnati, Ohio, Rodger balances his professional life with family, living with his wife and two children, with a third on the way. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, a pastime that allows him to relax and connect with friends and colleagues. Rodger’s journey illustrates a blend of strategic investment and personal commitment, both in his professional endeavors and family life.
